Hussein Weytan Foundation is dedicated to promoting the welfare of girls, boys, women, and men in Mandera East Constituency. We focus specifically on empowering girls and young women, supporting vulnerable young couples, assisting persons with disabilities, and equipping youth with the tools they need to thrive.

“My journey to establish the Hussein Weytan Foundation began with a simple question: How can we create lasting change for the most vulnerable in our society? Growing up in Mandera East, I witnessed firsthand both the challenges facing our communities and the incredible resilience and potential of our people, particularly our youth and women.
This Foundation represents my commitment to transformative change—not through temporary fixes, but through empowerment, education, and economic opportunity. I believe that when we invest in people, especially the marginalized and vulnerable, we invest in our collective future.
Every young girl who completes her education, every youth who gains marketable skills, every woman entrepreneur who builds a sustainable business, and every couple who establishes a strong family foundation contributes to building a more prosperous and peaceful Mandera East.
